Who you're working with.

Sensiti was founded by Sean Timm, an engineering leader who has spent the last few years running AI adoption from the inside — not advising on it from a distance.

He has led engineering teams at two different companies through AI adoption: mentoring developers on Claude and agentic workflows, building an organizational second brain, and authoring the audit → plan → implement → verify skill libraries his teams use for AI-assisted legacy rewrites. That work includes an AI-assisted rewrite of a legacy mobile app to React Native, along with MCP servers and AI-integrated internal tooling.

His stack history spans every framework generation — C/C++, Java, and C# through PHP and Laravel to the full JavaScript family tree (React, Vue, Svelte, Ember, Backbone) and React Native. Which is exactly what reading a decade-old codebase requires.
